Your Rights and Responsibilities

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bdaji ("bdaji", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the bdaji platform, including all games, betting markets, payment services, promotions, and any other features or services made available via bdaji.io and its associated subdomains and applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

bdaji reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. 2.1 Age Requirement

The bdaji Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. bdaji operates a strict 21+ policy in line with responsible gaming best practices and the protection of young people in Bangladesh. Players who are found to be under the age of 21 will have their accounts immediately closed and any balances forfeited.

2.2 Registration Requirements

To register a bdaji account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a government-issued identity document
• A valid email address that you own and have access to
• Your date of birth, confirming you are 21 years of age or older
• Your current residential address in Bangladesh
• A valid mobile number registered in your name

You agree to keep all registration information current and accurate at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may register and maintain only one bdaji account. Operating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If bdaji detects that a player holds more than one account, all associated accounts will be suspended, pending balances may be forfeited, and any bonuses obtained across duplicate accounts will be cancelled.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

bdaji may at any time request that you verify your identity by submitting copies of government-issued identification (such as your National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 90 days), and proof of the payment method used for deposits. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process is a legal and regulatory requirement. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification when requested will have withdrawals suspended until verification is successfully completed.

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdaji login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. bdaji will never ask you to provide your password via email, phone, or live chat. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bdaji support immediately and change your password.

3.2 Account Activity

All bets, transactions, and account changes made using your login credentials are your responsibility. bdaji accepts no liability for losses resulting from the unauthorised use of your account where such use was made possible by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. bdaji reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts after this period. Players will be notified by email prior to any fee being applied. The inactivity fee will not reduce a balance below zero.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your bdaji account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closure, all pending withdrawals must be processed and all active bonus balances will be forfeited. bdaji also reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, including for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or failure to complete identity verification.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bdaji accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment channels:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfers: BRAC Bank, City Bank, and other supported domestic banks
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard (subject to card issuer approval)

All transactions are processed in BDT. bdaji does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside bdaji's control.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. bdaji reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time, with notice provided to players via the Platform or by email.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed as quickly as possible, typically within a few minutes to several hours for approved mobile financial service withdrawals. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks prior to processing. bdaji reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal if KYC requirements have not been met or if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.

4.4 Same-Method Policy

To comply with anti-money-laundering obligations, withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, up to the amount of that deposit. Winnings exceeding the deposit amount may be withdrawn to the player's preferred verified payment method.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

bdaji offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to occasions such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Independence Day (March 26), and Victory Day (December 16). All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion, which form part of these Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated on the promotion page. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be fulfilled within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Failure to meet the requirement within this period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

bdaji takes a firm approach to bonus abuse. Players who are found to be exploiting bonuses — including by registering multiple accounts, using technical loopholes, placing low-risk opposing bets to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players — will have their bonus balance forfeited, their account suspended, and may be permanently banned from the Platform. bdaji reserves the right to apply its own judgement in identifying and acting on bonus abuse.

5.4 Bonus Eligibility

Not all players will be eligible for all promotions. bdaji reserves the right to exclude any player from a specific promotion or from all promotions at its sole discretion. Players who have opted into self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools are not eligible to claim bonuses for the duration of their self-exclusion period.

6.1 Game Fairness

All games available on the bdaji Platform are sourced from internationally certified game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Every game uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited to ensure fair outcomes. 6.4 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, network failure, or software error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, bdaji reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the wagered amount to the player's account balance. bdaji accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of technical errors beyond its reasonable control.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age

• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform to process funds from illegal activity
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or other competitive formats
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing bdaji staff or other platform users
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to bdaji's systems, databases, or infrastructure
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other service to obscure your true location in order to circumvent geographic or age restrictions

bdaji reserves the right to investigate suspected prohibited conduct and to take any action it deems appropriate, including sharing information with relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where legally required.

All content on the bdaji Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, databases, and promotional materials — is the proprietary property of bdaji or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any bdaji content without prior written consent from bdaji.

Game content, including graphics, audio, and game mechanics from third-party providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, remains the intellectual property of the respective provider and is subject to that provider's own terms. bdaji is licensed to make such content available to players on the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdaji shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
